Background

Founder: Kristin Collins

I have been fortunate over the past 24 years (11 Olympic Games) to have led the High Performance Departments of 5 National Olympic Committees. Full-Time, commuting globally from beautiful Bend, Oregon.

Focused on the technical & tactical guidance of National Team Coaches, Athletes & Support Staff within all Summer & Winter Olympic Teams in reaching their full gold medal potential.

Additionally assisting National Governing Bodies such as USA Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Gymnastics, Baseball/Softball, Track & Field, Tennis, Golf, Swimming-Diving, Waterpolo, Wrestling, Rowing and Ski/Snowboard National Teams reach their full podium potential, as well as evaluate and fine-tune their Athlete Development & Coaches Education systems.

During this time, our 3 sons were competing in local youth sports and club travel teams, with my husband and I coaching/volunteering consistently throughout their youth.

We mainly paved our own path to success, although we did receive intermittent guidance from friends/coaches. Helping two of our son’s secure Division I athletic placements; one for Track & Field at Boise State University, and the other for Lacrosse at Yale University
(at that time National Champions).

Our family is a story of possibilities and I wish I knew then what I know now!…although, of course, the landscape is always changing.
